I don’t know about other’s thots on this, but i think the reason people have so much depression & unhappiness is really because they couldn’t ACCEPT the reality.
I notice that whenever I get upset over things it is usually when I haven’t accept that mistake yet or that argument or that event that HAPPENED.. When I finally ACCEPT it, you seems to be at peace & go - heck - i can’t help it anymore - lets move on & see what we can do.
Which really brings me to - why is the reality so difficult to accept? Cos it is hurtful? Cos it will kill you? Cos it is TRUE? Or really we want to live in our OWN ‘REALITY’?
