Daily routine for the past 2 weeks…..
1 hour of travel + reading
2 hours for meal break
6 hours of sleep
13 hours of work
2 hour for myself (self grooming, rest, socialize, buy groceries.. )
no wonder I have to cut back my sleep do things I like..(like now..have 1 hour less to sleep tonight)
….is this worth it?…..Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
